As we all know, Magnus died in Issue No. 2 of Exiles. So, the first bio goes to Magnus.
Name: Magnus

Real Name: Magnus Lencher

Mutant Power: Magnetic control, turns another into pure steel by skin-to-skin contact.

Biography: The Exiles were transported into another universe. The team was told to find their greatest teacher. The answer seemed obvious. The team decided on Charles Xavier. Charles Xavier was being held prisoner in a maximum security facility.

When the team freed him and brought him to safety, Charles Xavier sent a powerful mental bolt to each of them. It turned out Charles Xavier believed in mutant domination, and by freeing him, Charles could presume his war on humanity.

While half the team went to stop Xavier, the other half went to find Erik Lencher, Magnus's father. Magnus, Blink and Nocturne went to another maximum security facility off the coast of Tahiti.
When the 3 arrived, Blink and Nocturne prepared to go into the facility. But Magnus told them that the facility's guards evacuated because there was an atomic bomb set to go off. Blink and Nocturne immediately dashed for the door, but Magnus placed a magnetic field around the two and sent them out of harms way.

Magnus rushed into the facility and destroyed all of the mutant super-human holding prison cells. He created magnetic

fields around all of the prisoners and also sent them out a harms way. The last cell Magnus went to was his father's. He freed his father with his last words as, "Apparently, father, they feared you, most of all. You'll prove them wrong, Dad."
Magnus set free his father and he was the only one left in the facility. Magnus generated a magnetic field around

the facility closing in the explosion. Even though Magnus pushed Blink and Nocturne away, the two felt very guilty about leaving Magnus alone. His sacrafice would be honored by them forever.
All of the prisoners were transported to another island. Nocturne, Blink and the rest of the Exiles were there also. As they mourned the death of their dear friend, a new Exile arrived. Her name was Mariko Yashida. She would take the place of Magnus on the team.

It turned out that Magnus wasn't even supposed to be in Exiles. Originally, Sunfire was in the place of Magnus on the cover of Issue No. 1. But, Sunfire was decided to be held off til Issue 2. So, the story for Issue 1 and 2 changed and Magnus was killed off.
