Code Name: Marrow Real Name: Sarah Mutant Power(s): Ability to pull bones from her body and use them towards her advantage in a fight. Whenever Marrow pulls a bone from her body, another one grows in its place. Biography: Marrow and the second-generation Morlocks planned to exact vengeance on the humans for every mutant lost to the Marauders in the Mutant Massacre. Fortunately, the X-Men were there to stop Marrow and the Morlocks. This led to a battle where Marrow faced the X-Men's Storm in armed combat. Storm ripped out the heart of Marrow to save the humans' lives. Despite Marrow's supposed death at Storm's hands, Marrow survived due to her mutant physiology. This provided her with two hearts. So, Marrow returned with Callisto in the middle of Operation: Zero Tolerance. After Caliban was injured, she sort of teamed up with the X-Men against their common foe. After Operation: Zero Tolerance, Marrow remained in the X-Mansion and eventually joined the team. Possible Purpose in Exiles: The wrinkle in time Marrow must correct is the fact that she never lost to Storm in the armed battle. A portion of the X-Men and many humans died at the hands of Marrow and the Morlocks.
