Code name: Synch Real name: Everett Thomas Power: ability to synch with other mutants, copying their powers Bio: Synch was one of the founding members of Generation X and was recruited after The Phalanx kidnapped him and several other mutant children. He was recently killed when he saved several students in The Massachusetts academy from a bomb planted by Aldiane Frost. Possible purpose in Exiles: Synch's winkle is that when he came across the fateful bomb he saved himself rather than the human students and they were killed. Their deaths could not be covered up and Generation X was exposed, prompting Congress to pass severe anti-mutant legislation which ultimately lead to an another, more efficient and deadly Operation: Zero Tolerance and thousands of mutants were shot, gassed and exterminated. What Synch has to do is make sure that those students do not die, but the only way to do that is to sacrifice himself instead of the students. In short, when his winkle is sorted: he's toast.
